ALLOC42 / WEBSITE PRIVACY

YOUR MESSAGE.
A HUMAN RESPONSE.

This page describes the information handled by this website. For questions or a request to access or delete a message, email [email protected].

Contact messages

When you submit the contact form, Alloc42 receives your name, email address, optional company, selected intent and project, and the message you enter. For a two-hour session request, the message also includes your chosen workshop area, optional focus, connection preference, optional availability/time zone, and acknowledgment that this is a request rather than a confirmed booking. These details are included in the email; no payment details are collected. The server also includes the request IP address and browser user-agent in the notification email. Mailgun processes the email delivery. We use the message to respond to your inquiry and discuss possible work.

The form does not send your message to an AI model. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, sensitive customer records, or other information that should not be sent by email. Messages become part of business email correspondence; contact us to discuss retention or deletion.

Optional interaction analytics

Analytics are off until you choose “Allow analytics.” If enabled on the server and accepted in your browser, opening project details or choosing an inquiry link sends an interaction event to Alloc42. These events include the project or entry-point name, action, time, page path, host, IP address, and browser user-agent. Alloc42 stores these events to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics do not collect contact form contents.

You can change your choice with “Analytics settings” in the home page footer. Declining stops future optional events from this browser; it does not remove events already stored. Server hosting infrastructure may also keep operational request logs separately.

Preferences on this device

The website uses local storage to remember the color palette and your analytics choice. These preferences stay in your browser until you change them or clear site data. Contact submissions work independently of optional analytics.

Local demonstrations and external links

The capability resolver is an illustrative local demonstration. Its sample instructions do not execute an AI model or contact a provider. External links, including project websites and jameskies.com, have their own data practices.
