MAKE EXPERTISE
DEPLOYABLE.
Give your team’s knowledge a useful place in everyday work. DevBridge and Alloc Fabric are available to private customers. This guide introduces the approach; contact us to explore how it can fit your tools and workflows.
1. Start with a capability
Name the useful outcome: review an architecture, check a user story, or plan regression tests. Calling code should be able to request that outcome without carrying a provider name and a block of prompt text through the application.
Run("UserStory_AddOrUpdateQuality", request)
→ resolve capability + catalog version
→ attach relevant organizational instructions
→ choose configured implementation
→ execute with bounded permissions
→ collect output and review evidence2. Package the knowledge
Reference architectures, domain definitions, working examples, rubrics, and prompts become reviewed catalog entries. Each bundle needs a version, an owner, an expected output, and a way to tell whether a change helped. Keep private knowledge within the boundaries agreed for the actual deployment.
3. Meet the existing toolchain
- IDE: deliver relevant guidance and review practices where engineers change code.
- CLI: provide bounded tasks with explicit inputs, outputs, and checkpoints.
- Repository: version recipes and instructions so changes can be reviewed alongside code.
- CI: run repeatable evaluation and regression checks before carrying a change forward.
These are integration patterns to scope against your environment. Provider access, data handling, permissions, and operational requirements must be settled for each implementation.
4. Resolve through a fabric
Alloc Fabric separates a named capability from providers, models, and runtime details. Configuration can select an implementation, while record/replay and comparisons provide a way to inspect behavior. The goal is to make change observable and reversible.
5. Keep the learning loop
Start with a small reference set. Review outputs against a rubric, capture failure cases, and compare versions before changing what people rely on. A prompt that sounds better is a hypothesis; a repeatable evaluation makes it testable.
Pick one useful first slice
Bring a repeated workflow, the tools your people use, and the knowledge they keep reconstructing. We can identify one capability and a concrete way to evaluate it.
